DSU Flag Plaza
The Dickinson State University Foundation funded the design and construction of the International Flag Plaza and Alumni Walk of Pride as its 50th anniversary project. Located between the Student Center and Selke Hall, the Flag Plaza features the flags of each enrolled international student. It serves as a visual reminder of DSU’s commitment to global awareness.
The Flag Plaza serves as a venue for students, faculty, alumni and friends of the University to gather for educational forums, the arts, receptions, and reunions. In addition to the International Flag Plaza, recognition items such as personalized pavers, benches and trees, etc are incorporated in the Walk of Pride to pay tribute to alumni and friends.
