Technology & Course Requirements
Dickinson State University does not supply computers, internet access or required software programs for students taking online courses. It is the students responsibility to have access to a working computer, internet and the required software to complete their online courses. Following is a list of technical requirements:

Required Software and Hardware for online courses
- Java - Do you have Java or what version of Java are you running?
- Adobe Flash - Click to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player
- Adobe Acrobat Reader - Necessary to read .pdf files posted by your instructors
- MS Office 2010 required for the following online courses (
NOTE: It is recommended that students upgrade/purchase MS Office 2013):

Proctoring Details
