Name Change

Students may change their primary or preferred name.

Primary Name: Complete NDUS Name Change Request Form

Preferred Name: Your Primary Name is the default used for CampusConnection; however, you may set a preferred name in CampusConnection by which you would like to be addressed in the class and advising rosters and in BlackBoard.  

Payroll Records Name: All name changes to payroll records must be made with the payroll office.
