Kostas Voutsas has been teaching Management and Human Resource courses for over 20 years. He is a tenured Assistant Professor at Dickinson State University at the Bismarck campus. He is also a corporate trainer and keynote motivational speaker.
Kostas served as a keynote speaker at Kansas State HR Conference, Pennsylvania State HR Conference, Arizona HR Diversity Event, Montana State HR Conference, South Dakota State HR Conference, to name a few.
Kostas, the 2013 educator of the year Bismarck Chamber award recipient, also received the distinguished teacher of the year award at DSU, the outstanding teacher of the year award, as well as the TRIO outstanding faculty award from DSU. He also received two outstanding presenter awards from Eastern Michigan University and the Clute Institute of Academic Research.

It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives - choice, not chance, determines your destiny.” My goal as an educator is to continuously challenge my students and watch them grow towards their excellence.
