Campus Hazing Transparency Report

DSU provides the following Campus Hazing Transparency Reports to comply with the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act.  The report is updated twice yearly and will show findings for the previous six-month period.  Any substantiated reports of hazing will be added to the report after the investigation has been completed. 

The report will include the following details

  • Name of the student organization
  • General description of the violation
  • Whether the violation included drugs or alcohol
  • Any sanctions place on the organization by DSU
  • The dates the incident took place, if known
  • The start and end date of the investigation
  • Date that DSU notified the organization of the violation
  • It will not include any personally identifying information.

All findings of misconduct will be included in this report for a period of 5 years.
