Dillon Brock serves as the EMS Program Director at Dickinson State University, where
he leads the Emergency Medical Services program and prepares future EMS professionals
through innovative, evidence-based education. He brings more than 15 years of experience
in EMS, healthcare leadership, higher education, and public safety.
Throughout his career, Dillon has served in executive leadership, EMS administration,
and academic roles, including Division Chief of EMS, Vice President of Operations,
Associate Professor and Paramedic Program Director. His expertise includes EMS leadership,
critical care transport, accreditation, quality improvement, curriculum development,
and organizational strategy.
Dillon earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
He attended Indiana University Clarion Health Paramedic Program, and Vanderbilt University
Critical Care Paramedic Program. His passion is developing exceptional clinicians
and leaders who will advance the EMS profession through excellence in patient care,
education, and service.
