Teresa Bren, Assistant Professor of Nursing, is a Dickinson State University graduate
(2004, AASPN; 2006, BSN) and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University
of Mary in 2011. She came to DSU to teach as an adjunct instructor in the AASPN program
from 2010-2011 working with second-year nursing students in the post-partum and newborn
clinical. She became a full-time, tenure track faculty member in the AASPN program
in 2013. She primarily teaches on the AASPN First-year team, but also teaches a course
in the ADRN to BSN Online program. In addition, she is a co-advisor to the Nursing
Student Association DSU chapter. Prior to working at DSU, Teresa gained experience
in the profession of nursing in areas of sub-acute care, acute cardiac care, surgical
services, and cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation. |
