Dickinson State University’s School of Education is excited to announce the 2023 Teacher Education Pinning ceremony is scheduled for Friday, May 12, at 4:30 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom on the campus of Dickinson State University.
The Teacher Education Pinning Ceremony is a DSU tradition – marking the occasion when one is welcomed into the teaching profession. The symbolic ceremony – which denotes as a milestone in an educator’s life – involves the pinning of the graduates with a School of Education pin that not only signifies their profession of teaching, but also their association with the University.
