Dr. Dragseth earned top honors in seven categories, second place in three, and an honorable mention in one, placing her third overall in the statewide 2025 North Dakota Professional Communicators (NDPC) Sweepstakes competition. Her award-winning entries span a wide range of topics and formats, underscoring her versatility and depth as a communicator.

Hailing from Lewistown, Montana, Kelsey earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. She believes that college is a transformative experience for students and is excited to begin her work at DSU.

Originally from Ukraine, Diana moved to the United States ten years ago and has lived in North Dakota for the past year and a half. She enjoys the energy and sense of purpose within a university environment and feels she has found a great match at Dickinson State University.

A Glen Ullin native, Melissa Wagner began her career as a CNA and holds nursing degrees from Bismarck State College, Mayville State University, and Western Governors University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a focus on improving healthcare in rural communities. A passionate nurse educator with extensive experience in long-term care, clinical instruction, and nursing leadership, Wagner will lead the growth of DSU’s BSN program and is set to become the university’s next Nurse Administrator upon completing her DNP.
