Meet David Olusegun, a Dickinson State University student whose journey has taken him from Nigeria to North Dakota and from nursing to a deeper exploration of healthcare through biology. David began his DSU journey in fall 2022 as a Bachelor of Nursing student. As he continued his education, he discovered a desire to expand his knowledge and explore more opportunities within the healthcare field. Now majoring in biology, David is preparing for the next steps in his career while gaining valuable hands-on experience through his emergency room internship. Through this experience, David has seen the importance of teamwork, compassion, and dedication in healthcare while continuing to grow as a student and future healthcare professional.
