Dickinson State University (DSU) will celebrate the achievements of its Fall 2024 graduates during a Commencement Ceremony on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 2:00 PM MT in the Dorothy Stickney Auditorium located in May Hall. The event will honor the hard work, perseverance, and dedication of the graduating class, bringing together students, their families, friends, faculty, and staff for this momentous occasion.
Melissa Moos to Address the Graduating Class
This year’s graduating student speaker is Melissa Moos, a Dickinson native and daughter
of Guy and Sandra Moos. Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in business from DSU
in 2021 and currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Specialist at Baker Boy,
her family’s business. In the summer of 2023, she returned to DSU to pursue a master’s
degree in business administration. Melissa will address the Class of 2024 as a newly
minted graduate of the program, sharing her journey and reflections.
Honoring Academic Excellence
A total of 76 degrees will be conferred during the ceremony, including:
- 9 master’s degrees
- 63 bachelor’s degrees
- 4 associate degrees
Additionally, 20 students will graduate with honors, recognizing their exceptional academic performance and dedication throughout their studies.
